Can I get custom items?

Yes, is mainly the answer. I am more than happy to make something custom if it works for both parties. Meaning I will enjoy making it therefore the likelihood of it coming out as you imagine it is strong. Are the glazes food safe?

Yes, all of the glazes I use are food safe. In addition, my pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. Though I would say the pieces prefer a handwashing if possible.

Can I return a piece?

Sorry, unfortunately returns are not accepted.

When will my order ship?

I will ship out orders once a week via USPS. I use recycled packaging whenever possible. If your piece arrived damaged please take photographs and notify me as soon as possible. If I do not have another in stock I will remake the piece and send a new one. Please note this will likely not be exactly the same and could take up to 8 weeks but I will send you a new one if something arrives broken.
